Modeling and Proportional-Integral State Feedback Control of Fully Parallel Grid-Connected Inverters
A novel three-phase inverter with a split DC link and LC filter is introduced, allowing parallel connection of multiple inverters on both AC and DC sides, enhancing modularity and reliability. A dynamic system model accounts for inverter coupling, constraints, and grid impedance. The decentralized PI state feedback control (PI-SFC) with Luenberger observer maintains stability with any number of parallel inverters.
Simulations and experiments confirm robustness even under grid faults, with better performance from PI-SFC. The precise match between simulation and experimental results underlines the accuracy of the system model.
